The PVCC Fitness Center offers a variety of training programs and classes to help you reach and maintain your fitness objectives. Here is the current group exercise schedule (days and times are subject to change based on participation):

Yoga: Tuesdays and Fridays, 9-10 a.m. w/ Christina
Senior Weights: Mondays & Fridays, 10-11 a.m. w/ Kim
Pilates: Wednesdays & Fridays, 7:00-8:00 a.m. and Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m. w/ Gretchen
Core Crunch: Mondays, 9:00-9:30 a.m. and Wednesdays, 9:30-10:00 a.m. w/ Gretchen
Body Sculpting: Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. w/ Gretchen
Group Class Rates: 1 class for 1 month: Yoga is $60 a month and all other classes are $40 a month. Core Crunch and Body Sculpting sold in a package for $40 a month
Pay Per Class: $8 per yoga class for members & $12 per yoga class for member guests.
$6 per all other classes for members & $10 per all other classes for member guests.
