Flu shots will be offered at PVCC on October 5 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
They will be $25 per shot.
The shot will include the H1N1 vaccine plus the seasonal flu vaccine.

Rob Stephens is forming is a 3.5 clinic here at Pleasant Valley.
The 3.5 clinic will take place Tuesday, Sept 14 – through Friday, Sept 17 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The clinic was originally scheduled to start on Monday, Sept 14, but that has changed. You are welcome to attend as much or as little as you like.
The cost per day is $12.00 per member and $15.00 per non-member.

The Pleasant Valley Country Club Fall Adult NTRP is being held this weekend, September 10 – 12.
The tournament has 5 events:
Men’s 3.0 – 4.5, Open singles and doubles
Women’s 2.5 – 4.5, Open singles and doubles
Combo mixed doubles: 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0.
There is a limit of 2 events and all events will have a feed in consolation.
The tournament is open to all USTA members. This will be a fun tournament with a lot of good competition. You don’t want to miss it!!

Rob Stephens, assistant tennis pro at Pleasant Valley Country Club, is forming a 2.5 / 3.0 tennis clinic for the month of September. The clinic will be on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. and Friday mornings at 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
You are welcome attend either class or both classes, whichever is more suitable for your schedule.
The clinics will focus on drills, doubles strategy, match play and FUN!
If you don’t know Rob, here is some information about him:
Rob is a North Carolina native and has been a teaching professional and coach for 25 years. He has coached several nationally ranked junior players as well as both men and women at the college level and at the club level. He has also coached at several colleges and universities, including Wake Forest, where he met Thomas Andersson. He also taught at the North Carolina Tennis Academy and the Precision Tennis Academy, which is also in North Carolina. Rob coached, as a junior, professional tennis player John Isner. John Isner is currently ranked number 19 in the world and is the number two ranked American Tennis player.
