Burgundy Mushrooms
2# button mushrooms cleaned
1\2 cup onion thinly sliced
2 TBS. butter
3 cups Red wine
1 1\2 TBS sugar
1 1\2 tsp salt
Sweat onions in butter until translucent
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their water
Add wine, sugar, and salt and reduce liquid by half.
